These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NoCrastination's website and related digital products and services ("Service"). By purchasing a digital product or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.

The service

NoCrastination provides digital products (for example downloadable files and related content) and may offer additional features over time. We are in beta; features, pricing, and availability may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.

Payment processing & sales (Merchant of Record)

Purchases on this website are processed via Lemon Squeezy LLC as Merchant of Record. This means Lemon Squeezy LLC is the contractual seller for checkout transactions and handles payment processing, invoicing, EU VAT (where applicable), and refunds.

Delivery and access

Digital products are typically provided immediately after successful payment (for example via download link or access instructions). If you have trouble accessing your purchase, contact us and we'll help you troubleshoot.

License and permitted use

Unless stated otherwise on the product page, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product for your own purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or make the digital product available to others unless we explicitly permit it.

Intellectual property

The Service, branding, and content we provide are owned by NoCrastination or our licensors. Except for the limited rights granted above, no rights are transferred to you.

Right of withdrawal (digital content)

If you are a consumer in the EEA/UK, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts. For many digital-content purchases, the right of withdrawal can be lost once performance begins (for example, when a download starts), provided you expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged that you thereby lose your withdrawal right. The applicable checkout flow may ask you for this consent and acknowledgement where required.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties such as merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose where allowed.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NoCrastination and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim or fifty euros (€50), except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may modify these Terms or the Service. We will post updates here and, when appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country say otherwise. Courts in Vienna, Austria, have jurisdiction for disputes where such jurisdiction is legally permitted.
