What you'll do

  • Welcome attendees, set the tone, and keep the group experience warm and safe.
  • Run the session structure (timers, breaks, and simple prompts).
  • Coordinate lightly with the venue and keep the space respectful.
  • Collect quick feedback and report what worked / what didn't.

What we're looking for

  • Friendly, reliable, and comfortable speaking to a small group.
  • Good judgment and a calm presence.
  • Punctuality and clear communication.
  • Fluent English; German is a plus.
